Cape Malibu Property Owner's Association

CMPOA is a Texas Corporation with a voluntary board of five property owners elected to two-year terms. Elections to open board seats occur at the annual meeting, held in September

Meetings

Community meetings occur every 4 to 8 weeks. Meeting notices containing the date, time and agenda for meetings are distributed via email or mail 10 days in advance of each meeting. Meeting notices are also posted on community bulletin board located at the entrance and Lands’ End.

Property Improvements

Deed Restrictions require that property improvements in Cape Malibu be approved by the architectural control committee or ACC. Before starting any exterior maintenance, repairs, enhancements, or modifications or removal of trees please read the Before You Build document and our Restrictions. To recieve an approval send this Property Improvement Request Form, along with supporting photos, brochures, drawings and other documentation to acccmpoa@gmail.com or by post to 15816 Malibu East Willis TX 77378. Upon receipt of the request and supporting information, the ACC will review it to ensure compliance with restrictions and prevailing community standards before providing a written response to the homeowner. When planning your improvements please include time for obtaining an approval. The ACC has 30 days to provide a response once all supporting documents are received.
