On Sunday, September 21 at the Open Board Meeting, the board voted unanimously to:

• Repave all roads in Cape Malibu
• Ask the County to assist with the repaving effort
• Assess each homeowner an equal part of the expected $355,000 cost

For the County to assist us, we need 90% of all members to sign the petition below.  To make it easier for everyone we have created the form below to allow for electronic signatures.  When you fill out the form, you will receive an email sent from the President to your registered email address asking you to reply to confirm that you consent to signing the petition.  

The combination of the completed form and a returned email will serve as a signature
